The following terms and conditions apply to this promotion:
- Applicable to ceiling fans only. Excludes other products such as heaters, exhaust fans and lighting.
- Excludes Martec & Mercator branded products
- Must be an identical product in every way (exact manufacturer/brand, exact size, shape, colour etc)
- Must be an advertised price from an online store that is lower than our advertised price (eBay listings not eligible) – the advertised price is the listed price disregarding any promotions.
- Competitor must have the product in stock
- Competitor must be Australian based and deliver to your address
- Price is calculated on the price of the product + shipping costs
- Competitors products must be new products only, no seconds etc
- Excludes promotions such as non-retail promotions which includes but is not limited to membership discounts, coupon codes, cash-back offers, flash sales or clearance run out sales

The online shop is of course open 24/7. Our “business hours” are between 9.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) AEST. Those are the times we process and despatch orders, respond to queries, etc. Orders received by the morning will generally be processed that day and be dispatched in the afternoon if the items are in stock.
Please be aware that all globes when included with lighting products (unless otherwise stated) are complementary and their life expectancy cannot be predicted.
LED products that come with LED lamps (LED globe included) are sometimes non-replaceable. Therefore when the light goes, the whole product will need to be replaced. In most cases it will be stated on the product as to if it is replaceable or not, if you cannot find this information, feel free to contact us for further information.
Please see the warranty specified on each individual product page as warranties can differ. Please contact us immediately upon delivery if anything is damaged/faulty. If you are unsure about any of our warranty statements, either see the manufacturer’s website for more details or contact us. It is up to you to read and understand the warranties for the products listed on this website.
The limited lifetime warranty (Fanimation and Hunter brands) is valid for as long as the person who purchased the fans lives at the property the fans were installed in. The warranty is not valid for new occupants in a house where Fanimation/Hunter fans are already installed.
At Lumera Living, we can offer a layby service on particular orders. Please contact us with the products you wish to put on layby, when you wish to receive them and your postcode so we can advise you on whether the order can be put on layby and the deposit required.

FESTIVE OPENING HOURS
Please be advised that we will be operating over the Christmas and New Year period during business days. During this time however, because both transport companies and suppliers are very busy, especially on the weeks leading up to Christmas, and many run limited services over this time, you can expect extra delays in our service over this period. We will do our best to estimate delivery times during this period which you will receive once your order is being processed.
As well as Direct Bank Transfer, we also accept credit card payments through our ANZ e-gate payment gateway and through PayPal.
You can add products to your cart to check totals and shipping costs – you can leave at any time with no commitment until payment is processed. Your payment is secure as we use a secure credit card payment gateway (ANZ E-gate). Your credit card information is not stored with us.
