FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our current shipping promotion is that we offer free shipping on orders that total over $250.00 (excluding shipping) – conditions apply (see below)
Please be aware that if there is a free shipping promotion on, some conditions apply. Although we try to cover most areas in Australia with our free shipping promotions, there are some remote areas that will be excluded. These areas may include, but are not limited to, NT, TAS, Nth QLD, WA and non-mainland Australia areas where distance or remoteness results in higher than normal freight charges. If you are unsure if your shipping address falls under any of these remote areas, please contact us as we will be happy to check for you prior to you placing your order. The length of time for delivery depends on:
- Stock Availability
- Destination of Order
We keep the majority of our products in stock, however on some occasions we may have to bring particular items in, therefore this can add a day or so on to your estimated delivery time. We endeavor to provide a delivery estimation as accurate as possible, however these cannot be guaranteed.
General Delivery Times
- Main Metro Areas of Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast generally take between 1-4 business days.
- Other Metro Areas including capital cities and main towns, allow between 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Addresses beyond metro areas – the further out you are, the longer it will take.
Please note that we do not provide an express service, and we cannot guarantee delivery days and times. We would recommend that you wait until you receive the items before confirming times with electricians and other contractors to avoid unnecessary costs and disappointment.
If you need an item urgently or would like an estimation of delivery time, please contact us prior to placing your order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 – 48hrs (Monday – Friday) as we carry 85% of products ordered. However if your order contains products that we do not have in stock, this estimated dispatch is likely to be extended. If you require more accurate dispatch times or need your order urgently, please contact us so we can discuss the dispatch and options for you. We do provide you with an ETA once your order is dispatched and then once your order is dispatched, in most cases you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order with the courier.
We do allow for some overseas orders (excluding lighting, clearance and discontinued items, orders for parts/accessories only). Please be aware that prices and shipping may differ from the website prices and we may choose to reject a quote request at our discretion.
Customers who wish to place an order for delivery to overseas destinations are responsible for ensuring that any customs and legal requirements are complied with. This includes certificates, forms and other specific documents as well as all local taxes and duties. Lumera Living cannot provide advice or information on any of these requirements.
For any overseas orders, please email us with the products you wish to order and your shipping address so we can give you a quote. Change of mind returns are not accepted for overseas orders so please choose carefully.
