d. All accepted orders supersede any previous quotes or estimates.

e. We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase.


2. Product Information

a. Due to differences in photographic and screen displays, product appearance (e.g., colour) may vary slightly from images on the website.

b. Each product includes specific installation and maintenance instructions (“Product Instructions”).

c. Please read Product Instructions carefully before installation and follow maintenance guidelines to ensure the product’s longevity.

d. If a product requires installation by a qualified professional (“Qualified Expert”), ensure one performs the installation. Failure to do so will:
i. Void any associated warranty.
ii. Void any right to return the product under our Returns Policy.


3. Pricing and Payment

a. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout using the payment options available on our website. Orders paid via direct bank transfer will only be fulfilled once payment clears. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued as per Clause 8.

b. All prices, including delivery and other charges, are in Australian dollars and include GST.


4. Delivery

a. Delivery options and costs are outlined on our website and reflected in your Checkout Summary. We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe.

b. You will receive an email notification once products have been dispatched.

c. If delivery is delayed, please contact us for:
i. Updated delivery estimates.
ii. Assistance in choosing an alternative product.
iii. Cancellation and refund options for undelivered items.

d. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

e. You must ensure safe and clear access for delivery.

f. By completing checkout, you authorize us to leave products at the delivery address if no one is available. Ensure the area is safe for delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply if delivery is unsafe or unsuccessful. If you cannot collect the goods and do not wish to pay for redelivery, the items will be returned to our warehouse at your cost. Refunds will exclude restocking fees and any initial shipping charges under free shipping promotions.

g. Certain products may require extra equipment or personnel for delivery, with additional charges disclosed prior to ordering.

h. Clauses 4(d)–(g) apply to deliveries within Australia. International orders may follow a different process.

i. Upon delivery:

ii. Inspect products immediately and report any defects or discrepancies. Avoid opening boxes until you confirm the correct items have been delivered.


5. Title and Risk

i. We suspect the purchase is for resale, except for authorised builders or tradespeople.
ii. The product is out of stock after order confirmation.
iii. A pricing or product description error occurs.
iv. Abusive or threatening behaviour is directed at our staff.
v. Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected.

b. Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders. For partial cancellations, refunds cover the cancelled portion.


8. Refunds and Returns

b. For discretionary product returns (non-warranty, non-faulty items), we may accept or decline returns. Approved returns may result in store credit, valid for 12 months from date of issue.
