This model is one of the few on the market that can be installed solely from the inside, making it a popular choice for high rise. This fan is configured to be hard-wired by a license electrician.
Note: Auto switch models have approximately 60 seconds delay on opening and up to 3 minutes delay on closing of shutters, ensuring silent operation.
