This Infinity-ID model introduces Fanco’s new hardwired wall controller that is featured in the latest range of Fanco DC fans. The new innovative controller features the benefit of a remote control having six speeds to choose from – more than most wall-controlled fans, while also letting you forget about flat batteries and lost remotes. The Infinity-ID’s variable airflow offers gentle rotation for quieter areas on its lower speeds while on the other end can produce powerful airflow, moving a maximum of 9,411 m3/hr of air on its highest speed. The Infinity-ID retains the sleek Scandinavian and low profile style of the predeceasing Infinity model, making it an ideal fan to install in living rooms and entertaining areas. Please note that the wall controller requires a specific and accurate hole size in the plasterboard/gyprock. Please view the fanco recommended installation guide for more information.
As the face of this wall controller is 85mm square, if you are replacing a standard sized wall control you may need to patch the hole or install a blank plate and install this controller next to it. We would recommend discussing with your installing electrician prior to purchasing to determine suitability.
This model utilises a DC motor, however has an internal inverter and is compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.
