Fanco DC Motor Semi Commercial Wall Fan Information
The latest wall fan from Fanco is the DC Motor Semi Commercial wall fan 18″. While most other wall fans use a switch on the motor or pull cord to switch the fan on, this model has a wired controller which hangs below the fan. This feature makes the fan easier to use when the fan is installed up high. A digital display on the control shows the fan’s current speed setting. The control allows the user to choose from ten speed settings – 2 more than the previous model and far more options than what fans with AC motors offer.
This model utilises a DC motor, however has an internal inverter and is compatible with normal AC electrical systems. It cannot be connected directly to a DC power source.
