Over the Christmas and New Year period, will be operating with less staff on site, to allow each of our team members to take a well-deserved break. A reduced number of staff will be available during this time to process and dispatch orders, as well as respond to customer enquiries on the following days:

Although we will be working over the public holiday period, many of our suppliers will be closing until 2025. Because of this, we are anticipating that some orders may be delayed.  We are asking our customers to factor this into their plans, especially when booking in trades people for installation. We would advise you to wait until you’ve received your order before scheduling your installation.

Most orders affected by supplier holiday closures will be processed and dispatched from Monday 6th January. Some suppliers will reopen before this date and will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
